Dr. Hargovind Kakkar- Founder and CEO
Dr. Hargovind Kakkar is a Ph.D. in Human Resource from University Business School, Panjab University Chandigarh. His Doctoral Thesis was in the area of Human Resource Analytics. He holds an MBA (Human Resource) and was a bronze medalist. He is a UGC – NET Qualified in HRM. As an Assistant Professor, Dr. Kakkar served with Amity Business School, Noida for around 12 years teaching Compensation and Benefits, Corporate Image Building, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Outsourcing courses. As an academic administrator, he served as the Programme Coordinator for multiple MBA programs for 5 consecutive years. On International deputation, he served as a faculty at Amity Singapore. He also held the position of Stream Coordinator for Human Resource for the university. Along with teaching and administration he worked for national and international accreditations including NAAC, ACBSP, IACBE and WASC. He also served as a member of the IQAC team at Amity Business School. His publications have been in journals of national and international repute including indexed with Scopus and published at The Case Centre, UK. He has edited a Book titled – “Case Studies in Human Resource Management”. Dr. Kakkar has contributed for Syllabus content for NIEPA (Ministry of Education, India). He has taken training assignments for Tata Motors, Border Security Force, Indian Armed Forces and for Volunteers of various organizations including the Common Wealth Games – 2010 held in Delhi, India. In addition to being an academician and trainer, Dr. Kakkar has worked in the area of Election Management as a consultant providing data-based decisions to strategize the PR activities.
Presently, Dr. Kakkar is a member of the prestigious Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Passionate about building a model enterprise encompassing the diverse interests; Dr. Kakkar founded Meeraki World which is an enterprise serving Real Estate, E-Learning and Mental Health as domains which are focused on creating Wealth, Wisdom and Wellness for all stakeholders.

Neeraj Arora- COO
Neeraj Arora is a corporate professional with a long haul working in the Manufacturing and BFSI Sector. Working for over two decades, Mr. Arora worked with Birla Sun Life, ICICI Prudential and HDFC Life looking after recruitment, marketing and sales of various financial products and heading various divisions. He is an MBA in Marketing from IP University, Delhi and was his college topper. Winning various awards at branch and regional level, Neeraj had a rewarding career but he was always passionate about building something which had his soul. With an experience of business development, managing teams, recruitment, strategic planning, customer service and promotions and sales – Neeraj is part of the senior management team at Meeraki World. He is the group Chief Operating Officer looking after the entire gamut of operations. He also heads the web services and digital marketing arm of the business. Neeraj is passionate about content, procedures, user experience and is empathetic in his people management skills. With his wealth of experience in value creation, he brings in Innovations across functions and continues to improve client and employee experiences at Meeraki World.
Neeraj is involved in content creation with professors at different universities and has written a short book on flaws in our education system and how is impacting lives of our young students. He also sometimes tries his hand at poetry.
