Dr. Hargovind Kakkar holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource from Panjab University and an MBA (HR), where he was a bronze medalist. With 12 years of teaching experience at Amity Business School, Noida, he specialized in HRM, Organizational Behavior, and related courses. He served as Programme Coordinator and Stream Coordinator for HR, and worked on international accreditations. Dr. Kakkar’s research has been published in reputed journals, and he has contributed to syllabus content for NIEPA, Ministry of Education, India. He has trained professionals at Tata Motors, BSF, and Indian Armed Forces, and worked as an Election Management consultant. He is currently a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and founded Meeraki World, focusing on Real Estate, Knowledge and learning and Life Purpose Discovery to create Wealth, Wisdom, and Wellness for all stakeholders.
Dr. Hargovind Kakkar has also developed an in-house AI tool designed to help individuals discover their life purpose.
